@HalifaxBank I am trying to log in to my daughters online account however keep getting stuck at the DOB section as it says I must be a minimum of 11years old. When I put my DOB in, I can go no further. Can you help??

@HalifaxBank I have tried to reset the memorable information and I can’t get past the login page where I have to enter the name and DOB.

@HalifaxBank I have tried to complete the registration form however it tells me that I already am registered for online banking. When I try to complete the form to access the account, it says the memorable word I’m entering is incorrect and I only have one more try left. Pls help

@HalifaxBank My daughter is 19 months and the reason for logging into the account is to set up the app so I can monitor her balance
