You can say whatever you want about Bear, but the second the OWW phone call operator taunted him with her screaming, they became culpable. They tortured her.

@TylerGlaiel I assume it would be a roll check against variables relating to breeding (the odds for different outcomes seems to vary based on the tier of power, IE: base stats are easier than mutations, which are easier than skills which are easier than passives

@PezRadar Just sucks that as it stands, out of all the broken stuff with Spiritborn, those of us that played any of the variants of this build are the only class spec currently being gutted. And there are many many variants to this build, its more in depth than just "press one button." :(

@PezRadar It would allow those of us that spent the last week gearing and building out this build to continue playing it at the current level of power until S6 was over, and at that point you could revisit the power level of it if needed.

@PezRadar You really really really, reallyreallyreallyreally need to let us just use Retempering Scrolls more than once per item, for exactly times like this. All of my gear will be junk now and I have no way to fix it. Let us just reuse these things to change around gear when we need to.
