Hello @DtiPhilippines, we need your assistance regarding the ticket pricing of @ImePhilippines.

Under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), Article 50: Deceptive Sales Act or Practice and Article 52: Unfair or Unconscionable Sales Act or Practice, we consumers deserve transparency and fairness, especially in ticket pricing.

The prices posted on the official event poster are different from those listed on the SM Tickets website. The final amount charged to fans includes an additional 7.56% - SM Tickets Ticketing Charge, which was not announced or indicated on the official poster.

This lack of transparency is misleading for buyers who expect the posted ticket prices to be final. We hope DTI can look into this matter and ensure that organizers provide clear and accurate pricing details before selling tickets to the public.

Please help us too, Sir @kikopangilinan.

.@DtiPhilippines We should report this to DTI. @ImePhilippines didn’t include that the price may vary or tax is not yet included. On the ticketing date, fans were expected that the additional amount to the announced ticket price would be a smtix fee of 100 to the ticket price, but we were surprised that the ticket price suddenly changed without prior notice.
