Seth Rogen: "As a Jewish person I was fed a huge amount of lies about Israel my entire life. They never tell you there were people there. They make it seem like it was just sitting there empty like oh the door's open! I would never live in Israel. It doesn't make any sense to me"
To everyone who links Iran’s attacks to the excuse of U.S. bases:
A list of some of the terrorist operations and treacherous attacks carried out by Iran against Gulf countries in the 1980s—before any real U.S. presence in the Gulf:
1981 – Bahrain: An Iran-backed coup attempt to overthrow the government.
1983 – Kuwait: Coordinated bombings targeting 6 vital facilities within 90 minutes (embassies, airport, refinery).
1984 – Saudi Arabia: An Iranian naval attack on a Saudi oil tanker.
1984 – Kuwait: Targeting Kuwaiti oil tankers.
1984 – Kuwait: Hijacking of the Al-Jabriya aircraft and diverting it to Tehran, with passengers harmed and killed.
1985 – Kuwait: Attempted assassination of the Emir of Kuwait and bombings in public cafés.
1986 – Saudi Arabia (Jeddah Airport): Iranian pilgrims caught with 51 kg of explosives (C4).
1987 – Saudi Arabia: Riots during Hajj resulting in the deaths of more than 400 people.
1987 – Saudi Arabia: Establishment of what is known as “Hezbollah al-Hejaz” with Iranian support, and the start of its terrorist activities inside the Kingdom.
1987 – Saudi Arabia: Seizure and storming of the Saudi embassy in Tehran, assaulting diplomats and detaining them.
1987 – Bahrain: Foiled plot to bomb the Bahrain refinery.
1988 – Saudi Arabia: Bombings targeting oil facilities and other operations thwarted.
1988 – Saudi Arabia: Targeting Saudi diplomats in Karachi by Iran.
1988–1989 – Saudi Arabia: Arrest of Iran-linked cells attempting to smuggle explosives near the Grand Mosque.
Note: The first U.S. base in the Gulf was established in Kuwait in 1991 after its liberation.
Therefore, linking Iranian hostility to timing, behavior, or the presence of bases is misleading, as Iranian hostility is deeply rooted and openly directed against everything Gulf-related.
The fathers of Zionism disagree with you:
Arthur Ruppin (head of the Palestine Office of the World Zionist Organization, 1907):
"The Zionist enterprise is an enterprise of colonization... To colonize Palestine in such a way that the land becomes the property of the Jewish people."
-----
Yosef Weitz (Director of the Jewish National Fund, 1940):
"There is no room for both peoples together in this country... There is no way but to transfer the Arabs from here to the neighboring countries... We must not leave a single village, a single tribe."
-----
David Ben-Gurion (Prime Minister of Israel, 1948):
"We must do everything to ensure they [the Palestinian Arabs] never do return... The old will die and the young will forget."
-----
Zeev Jabotinsky (founder of Revisionist Zionism, 1923): "Zionist colonization must either stop or proceed regardless of the native population... Zionism is a colonization adventure, and therefore it stands or falls by the question of armed force."
Repeat after me:
Arthur Ruppin in 1907: "The Zionist enterprise is an enterprise of colonization... To colonize Palestine in such a way that the land becomes the property of the Jewish people."
Zeev Jabotinsky in 1923: "Zionist colonization must either stop or proceed regardless of the native population... Zionism is a colonization adventure, and therefore it stands or falls by the question of armed force."
Yosef Weitz in 1940: "There is no room for both peoples together in this country... There is no way but to transfer the Arabs from here to the neighboring countries... We must not leave a single village, a single tribe."
David Ben-Gurion in 1948: "We must do everything to ensure they [Palestinians] never do return... The old will die and the young will forget."
This is historical illiteracy dressed up as confidence.
Kuwait was not “stolen” from Iraq. The Al-Sabah dynasty has governed Kuwait since 1752. The modern state of Iraq was created in 1920, 168 years later. You cannot steal something from a country that didn’t yet exist.
Bahrain was not “stolen” from Iran. In 1970, a UN process confirmed the will of the Bahraini people for independence. That is called self-determination, not theft. Iran’s own Shah said publicly he would “never resort to force” over Bahrain. You’re more Persian-expansionist than the Shah.
UAE “stolen from Saudi Arabia”? The Trucial sheikhdoms had their own distinct identities, rulers and tribal structures for centuries. This is basic geography, not even law. That’s not theft. That’s called a map.
As for your dramatic “these thefts may be reversed” line, borders are not changed by nostalgic tweets.
A clear enough pattern, George: three confident claims, three historical fabrications, all pointing conveniently toward the same conclusion. This isn’t geopolitical analysis. It’s a bumper sticker with a PhD font.
Buddhists: Myanmar’s military conducted a genocide against Rohingya Muslims with monastic endorsement.
Hindus: the RSS has presided over pogroms in Gujarat and ongoing lynch mobs.
Sikhs: Air India Flight 182.
Catholics: the Inquisition, Crusades, IRA, residential schools, and a global child abuse network they actively covered up.
Scottish Presbyterians literally fought wars.
Every tradition he listed has blood on its hands.
The difference isn’t behaviour, it’s whether someone like Cleese bothers to Google before tweeting.

Everything to you is anti-Semitic. It’s why nobody takes you seriously, why your podcast is one of the least-watched in the UK, and why everyone watches my show @PiersUncensored instead to get a proper balance.
My entire life, the worst thing someone could be accused of was anti-Semitism. Nothing destroyed careers and reputations with greater certainty, speed or force.
Now, nobody gives a shit. It's been so cynically weaponized to shield Israel that Zionists have utter trivialized it.
I don’t know how any reasonable person wouldn’t have these nuanced positions about Israel’s war in Gaza.
But many, like Ben Shapiro, are blinded by partisan bias.
All these clowns were cheering me on when I supported Israel’s right to defend itself and asked pro-Palestinian guests if they condemned Hamas. But from the moment I started criticising the Israeli Govt’s excessive response, they branded me antisemitic and tried to cancel me.
Qatar Condemns Iranian Attack on Buildings in Bahrain Housing Qatari Amiri Naval Forces Personnel
Doha | March 06, 2026
The State of Qatar condemns, in the strongest terms, the Iranian attack that targeted buildings in various areas of the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain housing personnel from the Qatar Amiri Naval Forces, participating within the Unified Maritime Operations Center affiliated with the Unified Military Command of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), describing it as a blatant act of aggression and a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Bahrain and a direct threat to its security and stability as well as the security of the region.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirms the State of Qatar’s full solidarity with the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain in confronting this attack, stressing that targeting facilities hosting forces operating within the framework of joint Gulf cooperation represents a dangerous escalation that affects the security of GCC states and undermines the principles of good neighborliness and respect for state sovereignty.
The ministry clarifies that the personnel of the Qatar Amiri Naval Forces who were present in the targeted buildings are safe and no injuries were recorded among them.
The Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Kingdom of Bahrain takes the necessary measures to follow up on their situation and ensure their safety, in coordination with the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
In this context, the ministry expresses its appreciation for the cooperation and coordination shown by the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Bahrain in dealing with this incident and ensuring the safety of those present at the targeted sites.
The ministry renews the State of Qatar’s condemnation of all acts that threaten the security of countries in the region and the safety of their facilities, calling for an end to escalation and adherence to the principles of international law and the Charter of the United Nations in a manner that preserves the security and stability of the region and spares its peoples the risks of further tension.

The Trump Administration claim is that "Israel" had decided to attack, the US couldn't stop them and therefore had to join the "Israeli" attack on Iran.
"Israel was determined to act with or without the US."
"The president made the very wise decision—we knew that there was going to be an Israeli action, we knew that that would precipitate an attack against American forces, and we knew that if we didn’t preemptively go after them before they launched those attacks, we would suffer higher casualties." said Marco Rubio.
If Marco Rubio is to be believed, Binyamin Netanyahu was the decider. "Israel" was going to attack Iran, that would cause Iran to attack US forces and so the US had to join "Israel's" attack on Iran.
Rubio told this story as a way to depict the US operation as "defensive" and claim there was an "imminent threat" from Iran.
It's amazing that the US, which provides most of "Israel's" military support, would not be able to persuade "Israel" to hold off on its attack.
When Israel attacked an Iraqi nuclear reactor ("Operation Babylon") Maggie Thatcher charged Israel with a "grave breach of international law." She added: "I uphold international law. Once we go away from that, we shall not know where we are." Here Badenoch endorsing war crime.
