Disappointed with @ZEISSVision Care India post-sales support. Bought premium Zeiss ClearMind 1.67 PhotoFusion lenses. Experiencing severe fitting/edging issues.
The Chennai store refused to inspect it & asked me to travel to Bengaluru to get it resolved! Was promised seamless support anywhere in India at purchase. Sent emails with no response. Urgent intervention needed!
