I complained in February but as of now no response. They are unable to procure one spare part from OEM. Buying in reliance , is a puzzle for service. Atleast there will be solution for puzzle ,but here you won't get solution.

They only sell ,if there is any complaint .They will do...bit might be when they want to do ,it might take 3 months to one year or problem is with your operation. Warrenty will lapse too..

@RelianceDigital You won't get service if you buy in Reliance. No one is going to answer your call. Call center guys will ensure that they will arrange a call next day, it been four months ,I bought an AC which is a big headache ,start from the day I purchased. Unsolved complaint no.:8038057722.

@RelianceDigital Later after 3 months no cooling , service call done after a month . Later after exact one year of buying no cooling , called resq and asked for cleaning ,responded after 5 days and said gas leak ,filled the gas later fan motor problem. I took Resq care plan. No AC this summer

@RelianceDigital Bought AC one year back, received Dead piece ,you guys replaced after one month ,upon continuous calls and pressure.Later after 3 months no cooling , service call done after a month . Waste service
