WRITERS: Ignore family members or friends or acquaintances who say you're delusional for trying to be a writer. Those people don't dare to dream. They won't put in the hours to make it happen. They're too afraid to take a risk. They're bitter & jealous that you believe.
@MorganicInk I feel like a lot of these outlets are forced to deliver news that will get them more views. At the end of the day, a larger audience sells more advertising and generates more money. It’s sad.
It’s always darkest before the dawn. The industry looks so bleak right now but I know it’ll be different soon. Like everything else, there are ups and downs. This shit ain’t easy to digest.
My social feeds today are Palestine, protests, Weinstein, Trump, homelessness, hunger, sex trafficking and…..TikTok……
One of these, I fear, isn’t as serious as the others.

Still can’t believe the Sundance Episodic Intensive was a week ago. It was such an amazing experience and so happy to connect with some extremely talented writers. Can’t wait to see what’s next for everyone.
