i guess this can also be an example of how cancel culture can limit a person’s growth. people wanted to cancel mark so badly that they ended up discrediting his art, his character, and 10 years of hard work as if one mistake suddenly erased everything he has done.
there’s a difference between holding someone accountable and reducing them entirely to one mistake. the way some of you have viewed mark, as if this one incident defines his whole personality and everything he stands for, feels VERY limiting. people should be allowed to make mistakes, learn from them, take accountability, and grow without having their entire identity rewritten around one moment.
dear algorithm: if mark is on x, please only show him the love and defense tweets🕯️please don't let him see the hate... he's been through a lot, don't weigh him down with bad stuff..
mark tiene una presencia escénica impresionante y vaya que se notó su ausencia porque 127 hizo incluso un tour sin dos miembros y todo normal pero viendo la presentación de ayer…así que no menosprecien a mark cuando mark es ESTO
