@vtechtoys Australia- it is perfectly acceptable to migrate instructions online to ‘save paper’ but it is totally unacceptable to not be able to even search for the product on your phone! That is just making parents lives, your customers, more difficult for your profit margins.

I’m not in the market often for a car. Now that I am, I’m absolutely flabbergasted how poorly designed some sites are. Basic usability issues, hidden details and exposed errors. Surely a big purchase like this customers deserve a better experience. Makes no sense!
