Hey @RailMinIndia , train no. 19020 from Haridwar to Bandra Terminus has been consistently running late. It's been stationed at Haridwar platform no. 3 for 3 hours due to cleaning and water refilling delays. Yesterday's departure at 4 PM resulted in a 6-7 hour delay.
