There’s a history of contract addresses being used to help identify “the one” when it comes to popular memes.
For example, there were many $PEPE cas before “the real” $PEPE was determined. What was it that made $PEPE “the one” before it went to 12 billion ATH? Simple, the contract address. PEPE on eth starts with “0X69”
The number 69 in the beginning of the address was the key selling point for PEPE, and as it grew in popularity people would always refer to it as “PEPE 0x69”

Now let’s look at the OG contract address for $RAGEGUY :

It was birthed on 4chan as a rage comic character but quickly became popularized through the internet.

There were many failed Troll meme launches on solana, before “the one” was determined. What was it about this $TROLL that made it better than all the others?

Let’s talk about the importance of the inclusion of both “RAGE” and “GUY” in the “RAGEGUY” ticker👇🏽

The character in the OG 4chan post is *Rage Guy*- not *RAGE* not *GUY* - but “RageGuy.” Aside from being the official name, both “Rage” and “Guy” are needed to accurately identify the character. “Rage” is a verb. When looking at this alone, no one understands the context. You may describe it as “anger” when it stands alone. “Guy” is a noun. When looking at this, a person would think of a regular male, but maybe not a character. Now “RAGEGUY” we know its a character- a guy who is in rage. Both elements are needed to accurately communicate the character to the viewer. One can conclude that the ticker should clearly be $RAGEGUY

So we ask… why is he angry? It entices the viewer to want to learn more.

We then learn that RAGEGUY is angry because there is splashback from him taking a shit.
As he screams FFFFUUUUU!

This further adds to the reasoning of why $RAGEGUY belongs on Solana. It is an allegory of the trenches.
