يعد "أيدياثون المستشفى السلطاني" مبادرة رائدة تقودها لجنة الشراكة المجتمعية، وهي مصممة كمنصة عصف ذهني تفاعلية (Hackathon-style) تتجاوز مجرد توليد الأفكار إلى تطوير حلول عملية وقابلة للتوسيع لمواجهة التحديات الصحية المعقدة. تهدف المبادرة إلى جسر الفجوة بين الأفكار النظرية والتنفيذ الواقعي من خلال منهجية "التصميم المشترك" (Co-design)، حيث يلتقي المبتكرون من مختلف القطاعات لتحليل المشكلات وتقديم تدخلات تتمحور حول مصلحة المريض وتدعم الكفاءة التشغيلية للمستشفى.
