@British_Airways I’m messaging to inform u of the upset & disappointment I experienced on BA flight last week. My GF organised flights to Belfast to celebrate Easter. This trip was full of meaning as it was 1st time she was bring me home to meet the family.

When I arrived at my newly allocated seat another women was sitting in that seat as well! She had been upgraded to business class. Leaving my GF stuck in the middle of two strangers after paying for us to sit in specific seats…after all who would pay to sit in row 29B.

We pre-paid for seats, yet I wasn't told that I had been moved until we arrived on the plane & a lady was in my seat. Initially no one knew where I was sitting and finally it was revealed I had been moved to another seat no where near my girlfriend, which caused her to cry.
