Khorasan’s heart is Herat, Balkh, Merv, and Nishapur and not one of those is in Pakistan. The only reason people even mention Pakistan in this context is because the British drew a line through the Afghan plateau in 19th century

That 'tiny part' in the west is just partitioned Pashtun land inhabited by Afghans. You can’t use a 1947 border to hijack a 1,000 year old Afghan legacy
