I want to know from @NMC_IND the National Medical Commission as to where on earth (except India) can any country follow the following:-
@NMC_IND the National Medical Commission in its NOTIFICATION No. UGMEB/NMC/Rules & Regulations/2021/ dated 18th November, 2021 (Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate) Regulations, 2021 says тАУ
4. Grant of permanent registration to Foreign Medical Graduate. тАУ No foreign medical graduate shall be granted permanent registration, unless he has тАУ
(iv) studied the mandatory subjects specified in the Schedule-I;
(b) registered with the respective professional regulatory body or otherwise, competent to grant license to practice medicine in their respective jurisdiction of the country in which the medical degree is awarded and at par with the license to practice medicine given to citizen of that country;
(Done the Indian students will obtain the license to practice medicine at par with the one given to citizen of that country from every country but that is possible only if they study the course and follow all the guidelines of that country at par with local students)
AND
@NMC_IND the National Medical Commission in its SAME NOTIFICATION says тАУ
Schedule-I (See regulation 4) criteria to recognise foreign medical graduates applying for licence or permanent registration to practice in India:
2. Eligibility for primary medical qualification in a country outside India:
(ii) Content of course or Training leading to primary medical qualification
(a) The course and internship or clinical clerkship shall commensurate with the MBBS course of India in accordance with the Regulations on Graduate Medical Education, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto, and shall include the subjects mentioned therein as are duly recognised by the Commission under sub- section (2) of section 61 of the Act;
Question for @NMC_IND to think and respond is:- How can any country on earth including USA, UK etc. give the license to practice medicine at par with the one given to citizen of that country while teaching the curriculum designed by a foreign country (in this case it is India) or say teaching the curriculum not at par with the country issuing the license?
IN SUCH A SCENARIO @NMC_IND MUST SIMPLY POST A NOTIFICATION IN WRITING THAT @NMC_IND DOES NOT RECOGNISE ANY COUNTRY ABROAD, AND INDIAN STUDENTS MUST STOP GOING ABROAD.
THAT WILL SAVE PRECIOUS TIME OF INDIAN STUDENTS + HARD EARNED MONEY OF PARENTS AND THOUSANDS OF CRORES OF FOREX OF OUR COUNTRY FROM BEING WASTED.

@mansukhmandviya Ji @MoHFW_INDIA
You allowed MBBS Doctors with ZERO marks in NEET PG to join Post graduation degree in any medical college in India ; such is your power and of your Ministry
You can but kindly donтАЩt be reluctant in allowing one-time permission for transfer to Ukraine returned Indian medical students of batch 2021-22
They all are innocent kids of India only
They are less than ┬▒1200
They come under FMGL2021
They all are NEET qualified kids
30000 to 40000 students those come under FMGL2021 have already flown abroad for MBBS after the FMGL Gazette Notification 18.11.2021
Why stop these ┬▒1200
Kindly allow them one-time permission for transfer
