At least for engineering grads, because resumes don’t show what engineers can actually build. That’s exactly what we’re fixing at Colare. I noticed many talented engineering grads who couldn’t find roles. The companies who use us, are able to hire better for entry level engineering roles better because grads can show off their skills in CAD, FEA, Thermal analysis etc through real world simulations and not just a resume.
