I am back again with the same complaint about MTN, we wake up to MTN removing 6TB that was purchased legitimately on our MTN SIM by MTN

Please look into this as we can't share SME Data at the moment.

I trust that you are well, I am badly affected by the sudden changes in MTN SME Datashare which is part of the Small & Medium Enterprise Data, According to MTN we can share this data to beneficiaries which is what we have been doing, We paid for airtime with direct MTN partner but today

We noticed that all the 5gb data we shared didn't get to the beneficiaries from our sponsored line. We checked our data balance only to discover that MTN system was crediting us the 5gb which was meant for beneficiaries, and these credited data can't be shared again.

Their tech team has hurriedly made an update in the early hours of today and created confusion and loss of revenue among our team members who needed the 5gb.

I am discussing this with my lawyer as this is not the TOS of SME Data share and no where did MTN mentioned that when we shared to beneficiaries it will be loaded back to our Sponsor line as if we are the beneficiaries.

We demand a full investigation
