@agodaindia we are stuck in baku without a place to stay for 3 days from tomorrow as Agoda conveniently forgot to inform the hotel about our prepaid booking. It has been 72 hours since we are trying to get through customer service. NO SOLUTiON.

@agodaindia What do i do with the link that doesn't work. I have wasted last 2 days focusing on this because of your incompetence. THE HOTEL IS NOT ABLE TO ACCOMODATE TODAY. WE HAVE MADE THE BOOKING 2 WEEKS BACK. My 6 months pregnant wife is stressing about this since 2 days because of this.

After booking and paying in full on the 10th May 2024 to reserve for accommodation 24th to 27th May in Baku, @agodaindia has conveniently on 23rd May raised their hands and informed us that the hotel is now full. We are stranded here with my 6 months pregnant wife.
