Today, I had the distinct honour of being inaugurated as a Member of the Lagos State Sports Trust Fund Board at Lagos House, Marina.

I am deeply grateful to His Excellency, the Governor of @followlasg , @jidesanwoolu , for the confidence reposed in me and the opportunity to serve in this strategic capacity.

The vision is clear — to strengthen sports development from the grassroots upward by investing in school sports, supporting community competitions, and improving sporting infrastructure across our divisions. Lagos is blessed with immense talent, and with the right structure, funding, and private sector collaboration, we can unlock greater opportunities for our young people.

As the Chairman of the @LagosNycn , I am fully committed to leveraging my office and network to promote grassroots sports engagement in line with our mandate of youth empowerment, social inclusion, and community development. Sports remain a powerful tool for leadership development, crime reduction, economic opportunity, and positive youth expression.

I look forward to working closely with the Chairman, Mr. Enitan Oshodi, the Executive Secretary/CEO, Mr. Olaposi Agunbiade, and all distinguished board members to build strong, sustainable institutions that will drive sports excellence in Lagos for years to come.

Together, we will move Lagos sports forward.

It was my pleasure to attend the inaugural Academic Colloquium of the Nigerian Association of Information and Technology Students (NAITS) at LASUED as Guest of Honor. The theme 'Reshaping the Future: Embracing Change in Technology and Education' was thoughtfully explored through insightful lectures and engaging panel discussions. I commend the students and organizers for their exceptional initiative, demonstrating their dedication to knowledge, innovation, and progress.

Following the colloquium, I paid a courtesy visit to the Vice Chancellor's office, accompanied by Mr. Eniola Opeyemi, SSA to the Governor on Basic and Secondary Education, and Mr. Teslim Olusi, SSA to the Governor on Home Affairs. Our discussion focused on innovative ideas and strategic collaborations to drive the state's THEMES Plus Agenda forward, yielding productive outcomes. These engagements underscore the importance of synergy and collective effort in advancing our state's development agenda.
