@jonathanlupand0 The problem here isn't lack of information/education, it's actually Human Behavior. Human Behavior and factor's that influence it emotions, peer pressure, desire for immediate pleasure etc . These are what lead to irrational decision making process among young people. (BEHAVIOR)
