@SamsungAU I ordered a device April 1, it was supposed to be delivered April 6, and I've spent the last 3 weeks trying to get it delivered. I'm told it will be shipped and then nothing happens.

Oh! Hey! These pixels make sense now! This may be a naive approach to rendering the contents of a Bayer CFA, but that's not the interesting part, the interesting part is the data is in a SOF3 "Lossless" JPEG, marked as CYMK, and 512x512. The data within isn't even close to that.
I started poking at a TIFF, and turns out it's JPEG all the way down.
140 of them are 0xc3, which is some obscure lossless version that's not well supported, and they're 14bit, so this is going to be fun.
I'm pretty sure I can find some 12bit ones too, which shouldn't exist?
@tacticalmaid I removed most of that kit as it's no longer less painful than the alternatives. I've got a DFRobot CM4 "IoT Router" replacing the USG running Linux, OpenWRT with 802.11r configured on the APs (not sure what to replace with yet), no cloud key, and I manage the switch via CLI.

The interesting part, I can drop hundreds of packets packets per minute, and the usual counters only maybe increment.
I set out on Sunday to read my desktops fan speeds from a UEFI application. UEFI was the easy part thanks to the UEFI crate. Taking a datasheet and poking bytes out of it, well, that was the hard part, but also fun. It's pretty exciting when the 15th time down the page it clicks.

And finally we get to the anticlimactic end of... a system that boots. I honestly have touched enough SPI flash chips that the majority of this was boring, but doing this with something not old/cheap was a bit nerve-wracking.
Got my Ryzen 5900x today along with a motherboard that listed its validated firmware support as a fairly old version, so reasonable enough to say the mobo would ship with something newer (it did). Well, turns out I did need a newer firmware still, bad ASUS. So here we go...
