@kagof_ @Messereth1337 @CosmicMatt92 @OldSchoolRS I agree that most of them wouldn't want to come in. In my position, weekends are over 40 hours, so Saturdays are time and a half. Sundays are mandatory double time. When I get a call to come in on a weekend, I happily go. Because the company is structured to make it worth!

What it really looks like is happening, servers went down at 5 am Saturday for them. Office doesn't open till 7:30-8. Light staff on weekends + early morning and everyone that wasn't actually on call refused to answer the phone.
