@MESCOM_Official I am unable to pay bills online. Is your services are down? One website asks for account ID which is not printed on this month electricity bill. Any work around for this to pay with consumer ID or RR Number online?

@tata_neu I have sent the email regarding my requests but I don’t want to fall back on the same loop of calling the support and hearing from them that credit limit upgrade is a part of offer and you are not yet eligible for that offer. 🤞
