@AmericanAir Im fine checking when plane is full or bag is too larger. the issue is that everyone else carried on bags larger and there were EMPTY bins on the plane. In this case, I stressed I cannot pick up my bag until at least 6 hours after I land now. An extra trip back to the airport.
@AmericanAir 1/2 - on flight DCA to LAS. Forced to check bag that I carry-on 30x each year. Empty bins + bags much larger than mine in plane. + I fit the bag in the bag size check at gate. Presenting at a conference within an hour of landing. No time for baggage claim.
@AmericanAir 2/2 - Bag did not violate size policy. 10+ passengers walked on with bigger bags. Fly a lot for business. was considering switching to AA loyalty this month. Not anymore. #poorcustomerservice#doesntfollowownpolicies
1/25 @SouthwestAir I very frequently fly SWA for business travel and have been pleased with the majority of my travel experiences with your company. My latest experience with your airline was unnecessarily devastating…
24/25 While you cannot replace what you’ve broken and damaged, you should create a very clear policy on checking breast milk. What you should do is make sure that all employees - real and contractors - are TRAINED on your policies.
