As a Japanese watching the UK right now, I have one simple question.

A Sudanese asylum seeker just tried to behead a local man in Belfast. The victim lost an eye.

This comes after years of grooming gangs raping thousands of British girls — gangs that police and councils deliberately ignored because they were afraid of being called racist.

In Japan, even one case like this would have triggered national outrage and immediate policy reversal.

But in Britain, the conversation is still about “not being far-right.”

British people, at what point does protecting your own children become more important than protecting your reputation?

We genuinely do not understand this.

The laws in the UK differ due to race. Sentencing guidelines also differ when race is taken into account.

The assumption is racial bias is the singular explanation driving differing outcomes across ethic groups. The remedy is to systemically treat people different based on race.

In both countries there is as large of a disparity between Asian communities and whites. Since nobody argues the incarceration rate is driven by racial bias, it tells you that equal treatment can lead to differing outcomes.

True diversity with a non-racial bias leads to differing outcomes. Same can be said for the different outcomes between the sexes.

If your system adjust for race you have, by definition, systemic discrimination.

Call my view whatever you want, my family is so ethically “impure” it has no claim to any group.

And yet she still received 35% of the votes and is in 1st place. You could argue that LA voters had the chance to express their feelings and disagree.

I think it’s a stronger argument that the tribalism also insulates candidates from consequences and makes it far more difficult for the pendulum to swing back and forth.
