You've been told to buy on breakout.
But most of you are too afraid to buy on breakout because the possibility of a false breakout.

Which is why you keep failing on trading.

Here's my foolproof plan to make you never cry about false breakout again!

Read on!

1. Ideal Breakout
Make sure that you are looking at a valid resistance line. It should have MINIMUM 2 bounces in the past, better if the bounces are violent.

Then we need to look for CANDLE CLOSE above the line, with mall or no upper wick, and supported by Volume.
If the candle is too far away from the line, better skip it or be careful
For more accuracy and helpful nuance: Look at general trend

2. Cases of False Breakout
Usually, the breakout FAILS because it doesn't fulfill the prerequisites I mentioned above:
- Candle close too close from the resistance
- No volume
- Upper wick too long, or
- You are not looking at the valid resistance.

3. Valid Breakout, but Avoid
You also don't want to enter on a "valid breakout" but already too far (the candle is too big so your entry is too far from the broken level. In this case, better wait for a retest.
