NAM Foundation views mental health conversations as the dynamic interplay of learning, unlearning and relearning some of the social norms around health issues. By also including the boy child into these conversations contrary to the belief that boy children are less cared for.

Nam Foundation held its first health seminar on the 05/11/2020 at the East London Convention Centre in hopes to normalise conversations around menstrual hygiene and including the boy child into the conversations,prevention of teenage pregnancy/parenthood,A free HIV generation
