@HPIndia wanted to lodge a complaint / recurring issue about hinge breaking in my HP envy series laptop multiple times. One service centre is not taking spare part ordere for 20 days, two it's very costly for me to bear burden of faulty design everytime.

@HPSupport @HP @jagograhakjago I have lodged a formal complaint at NCH with the details. I am being forced to buy a new laptop with an offer of 8 per discount citing product reached end of lifecycle logic while specs of my laptop are still superior. No proper escalations either by HP.

Meet Vaibhav Tiwari :

But the govt will call him privileged. There are many UC children like Vaibhav who are working at such a young age, yet they don't receive any support from the system.

@HPSupport Just the case ID is not sufficient. Please share the investigation details. What was the diagnosis of issue and action taken by HP. I need a formal response to take the matters forward for legal action. Don't simplify the matter and deflect it.

@virsanghvi I am not quite clear on the demands of this protest. It's definitey not about NEET alone. Can't compare this with Hazare protest. His agenda was much clearer. The way AK story evolved was even worse. I would love to read your opinion on handling of protests in Punjab recently.

@HPSupport Saj, I am not satisfied with your response. I demand escalation and fair investigation. It's criminal for a convertible laptop to have a Hinge design issue. Did HP build this laptop to earn more from repairs? I have my rights and will fight for it @HP @HPIndia @jagograhakjago

@HPSupport @HPSupport No resolution yet, pls escalate. Hinge broke due to faulty design, not any mishandling. I had to pay 20k (30% of price) earlier to replace one hinge, can't pay another 20k for the other hinge now. Consumers can't bear the burden of design issues @HP @jagograhakjago

@OpenAI I am facing major issues with errors on chatgpt. Loosing productive hours. Lost chats, message stream errors, frequent network connection issues. What is happening?
