Compassion can work as an antidote when we're gripped by afflictive emotions such as jealousy, anger, frustration, fear, or anxiety. Through the act of compassion, we can "lighten" our suffering towards ourselves and allow the emotions to come and go.

During H.H. Rabjam Rinpoche's visit, we spent a few days at the Garden of One Thousand Buddhas in Arlee, MT. It was a delight to be in that space with our community. ️
Along with consecrations, blessings, and teachings, our time with H.H. Rabjam Rinpoche was filled with vivid, stunning colors. We just couldn't keep these colors to ourselves. 😉 🌈
What a gift to receive Rabjam Rinpoche's teaching on Ambrosia for the Mind. We'd love for everyone to benefit from this teaching. You can watch it here: https://t.co/dUxRywVIDp
