Thereās thousands of doctors out of a job
Yet the NHS continues to replace doctors with lesser skilled workforce
Can anyone think why that is?
Ps. Resident doctors struggling to get a job - get in touch with the BMA and only then chat to journalists
British media has started acknowledging brain drain of doctors from UK.
The same space of media where doctors were ridiculed.
A generation will be lost to Australia & Canada if we didn't address the fundamental issues.

The governmentās own data shows that the main cause of school absence is illness.
And schools that implement air filters to mitigate illness see improved attendance.
So why is nobody implementing clean air policies in all schools?
Itās a no brainer, surely?

šRFK Jr. has crossed the Rubicon. The war on science and vaccines isnāt looming - itās here. I had hoped that after the darkest days of the pandemic, we could start rebuilding a stronger, more science-driven public health system. I was wrong. So, starting today, Iām back. And I want you to join me.
This isnāt alarmism. This is happening now. We are in the fight of our lives - again. We fought like hell to push back against pandemic denial, anti-vaccine propaganda, and corrupt public health failures before - and we saw that we can win. But this time, the stakes are even higher. Iām not backing down. Weāre launching a new campaign, and Iāll need your help.

NHS doctors are being left unemployed after years of training, because the Government wonāt fund enough training jobs.
Doctors want to care for patients, but are being blocked from training to become consultants or GPs.
Patients wait, doctors are wasted. A national disgrace.
The @gmcuk is supposed to exist to protect the public by regulating doctors - just as, say, that other exemplary regulator, OFWAT, keeps our rivers so pristine & pure. In my opinion, the GMCās failure to strike off Malhotra is one of many examples of regulatory failure. The GMC simply isnāt working properly, @wesstreeting. And itās a real problem for NHS care if doctors like me feel so concerned - so appalled - by our regulatorās failings that we feel we have no choice but to speak out in public about it.

Clean air policies in buildings are essential for:
ā The BBC
ā The Houses of Parliament
ā MI5 buildings
ā The Royal Family
ā The billionaires at Davos
But not:
šØNHS hospitals
šØSchoolchildren
Why is that? š¤

Now, I always assumed a, if not the, primary goal of the Royal Colleges and @gmcuk would be to advocate for and plan policy around patient safety
Do no harm etc etc
Iām left wondering how incredibly naive Iāve been but anyway, Iāll continue
The reason this is appropriate because
Senior doctors are independent (unsupervised) clinicians after years of selection and training
And
PAās and AAās will by definition always need supervision so it seems sensible to provide agreed boundaries for the latter
Can I just ask when Michael Gove,Priti Patel,Liz Truss,Gavin Williamson,Boris Johnson,Robert Jenrick were found to have breached the ministerial code(non of them resigned)why didn't the media spend most of the news talking about it or hounding them.
So Nigel lied about security advice preventing his surgeries , he lied about buying a house in Clacton and he lied when he said he was moving there full time!?!
What else has Nigel lied about?
BREAKING: It appears a company advertised at the Reform party conference, pays Farage (around £280,000 to date) to be a brand ambassador!
This raises SIGNIFICANT questions about whether Nigel Farage is personally profiting from his party conference!
