Ola customer care as usual decides to deny any support for cash payment. How else do you think they exploit customers ? By adding the extra amount in ride bill ?

Seems like repeated delay on same flight. The incoming flight SG-136 was delayed by 2 hrs but has reached Delhi before 12 pm. Not sure what the holdup !

SpiceJet flight from Delhi to Pune SG-8185 has been rescheduled 4 times now from 9.50 to 11.20 to 13.20 to 14.20 to 14.55. Whooping 5+ hrs delay.
What’s the resolution?

My order worth 47k has reached pune on 13 Oct and yet to be delivered. Customer care is unaware of actual issue and just giving dates after dates. On other hand, Low value items ordered later are already delivered. @Flipkart do something.

@flipkartsupport I got a call from executive today that we are looking into it and would try to deliver the order by tomorrow . And as soon as the call finished this is what I see as an update on the app. I don’t care if the shipment is lost. It’s not my fault, deliver me the product

@flipkartsupport I hope you realise that the same statement has been provided to me since last 12-13 days. There is no fixed ETA. I have prepaid the order,any refund basically means i am loosing money as the refund would sit in my credit card. Not to mention mobile price have increased.
