Never trust ICICI Bank or their relationship managers! Got a call last week from one Ms Pranali, from Mumbai claiming to be my RM. I asked her for a good deal on inward remittance. She promised me a rate of 94.58 for an inward remittance. Contd @ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank

Despite multiple followups over whatsapp and calls, she refused to provide a deal number and said someone will call from Forex - no such call came. I am still waiting to settle the deal after wasting 1 week! This is pathetic service and I am planning to move out of ICICI bank!!
