It's real work and a real role, but since you'll be close to how I work, I also want to make it a chance to learn. I used to run workshops and can't anymore, so think of the mentorship as part of the deal.

• Paid at a production assistant's rate — fair pay for full-time work
• Manila-based, with some shoots in nearby provinces (travel and lodging covered)
• Runs from prep through the end of the shoot
• What matters most to me: someone organized, dependable, discreet, and eager to learn. Film background is a plus, not a must.
