@MGSupportIndia@ParthJindal11 MG India tired of the support provided to your flagship EV car the Windsor. The showroom at Prabhadevi has not provided any help in solving the problem, frustrated with the car and kindly note this is after using it for over 30,000 kms.
@MGSupportIndia@MGSupportIndia@ParthJindal11 so MG India asked for details but no follow up at all. The customer service, Sales and Services teams are all alike - No Need to help the customer. Hope JSW is looking at this and I’m sure I’m not the only one facing these issues.

After I discussed my problem and @Enterprise realized they are in the wrong, decided to stop replying and give a very basic reply
“Escalated to leadership team”
This has been happening for over a month.
No accountability at all.

They keep harassing you with service calls for products that have not even shipped from their warehouse. They need to be reported.
