@IrTeume@dablcpnk2 Oh I can’t see it too but I assume she knows it too. And if she decided to pick this project has her next inspire of it, then probably she sees something in it
@kdrama_outofbox oh it was such a difficult watch that i had to pause so very often to take a breather..
and to think this is what played out in real life is even more difficult to accept
Feud Drama Actor Pan You Cheng comes in support for #BaiLu and shares his experience.
"She is also one of the most dedicated actresses I have ever met. I worked with her on the drama LinJiangXian. For every single scene, she insists on going through the blocking and rehearsals herself. Honestly, there are some people—well, maybe not a lot, but a few—who aren't that professional or dedicated. But our "Sister Lu" (Bai Lu) is incredibly dedicated and does all her own blockings. On set, she would always chat with us about the characters and discuss how a scene should be filmed.
I would share my thoughts with her. Our very first scene together was actually the opening sequence of the drama. In that scene, I was in a room, she had fainted, and I went to find her. I told her, "Sister Lu, I have some of my own ideas for this scene." She immediately said, "Then tell me your ideas, or I can coordinate with you and we can run through it once to see how it looks, and then we can show the director together to see how the effect turns out."
Sister Lu puts her whole heart into her acting, and she constantly goes back and reflects on her work. Teacher Yu (Yu Zheng) often mentions that she suffers from insomnia because of work-related stress, as she places a lot of pressure on herself. But we always tell her it's okay and that she should just be happy every day. Whenever I arrived on set, the very first thing I would say was, "Sister Lu..." Even though it's just a tiny bit of strength and encouragement I can offer, I truly just want her to be happy"
@PnkFlamee wow whats with them releasing all these material at once.. dont they want to keep anything reserved for the upcoming festivals or conferences??
@cdramasapphic The promo material shared for this drama has been impeccable..
I wish some of these so called S++ dramas would put in more thought into their work as well
