Last month, total electric bill at @KarisMedical Naalya was 100k. At our Kyanja location, it was 2.6m! Sometimes it has gone as high as 3m. At Naalya, I made the decision to use solar as primary, and umeme as backup. We run all air conditioning, lab equipment, refrigeration, washer and dryer, lights, computers, everything! Naalya still experiences power outages. We haven’t. Solar is the future!

🚨 BREAKING from @SamiMokbel_BBC:
There has been a slight softening of Alvarez's stance in recent days, although not enough yet to get anyone at Arsenal excited. 🇦🇷
But should he change his mind in the final days of the window, then the Gunners are poised to get a deal done. 🤝
@niyimic Absolutely spot on. As a tech enthusiast, I believe Uganda doesn’t have an innovation problem—we have a commercialisation and execution gap. Our young innovators need experienced hands willing to co-build, mentor, test, fail, iterate and scale with them.
Uganda does not lack young innovators or promising ideas. What it lacks is experienced operators working alongside them early enough to turn prototypes into investable ventures.
In this compelling opinion, @niyimic explains why Uganda needs more experienced co-builders—not more innovation competitions and judges.

🚨 @David_Ornstein on @USANetwork:
“Arsenal want to further strengthen their attack, and for this reason, they are very keen on signing Julián Álvarez.” 🇦🇷
“However, I'm not sure that Álvarez is equally enthusiastic about returning to England, and this could be the obstacle standing in the way of the deal.” 💨
“I believe that if things reach a decisive stage, Atlético Madrid might agree to complete a deal with Arsenal, unlike Barcelona, where the doors are completely closed to him.” 🤝
