mono. was written, composed, produced, engineered and arranged by RM, and broke the record for the Album with the most No. 1s in iTunes history (125)! It debuted at #2 on the US World Albums chart and at #26 on the Billboard 200 with just 3 days tracking, scoring 21,000 equivalent album units including 16,000 pure sales, becoming the highest-charting album by a K-Soloist in U.S. history at the time! It was a Top 20 hit in 6 countries and a Top 40 hit in 15! It remains one of the most celebrated free solo projects in K-pop/hip-hop for its emotional depth, minimalism, and commercial success!
