So, my friend experienced the exact same situation as OP. She approached this TS with the intention of getting ForceBook Fanday in Singapore SVIP plus top-up 2:1 tickets, but this TS had the audacity to treat her so poorly.

Not only did she buy the wrong tickets which is TayNew tickets instead of ForceBook tickets but she was also extremely unprofessional towards my friend. This was the first time my friend had ever tried using a TS, and the experience she had was absolutely terrible and completely unacceptable.

I will show the proof of the conversation below.

In the first picture, you can see that the ticket she secured was for TayNew, but the top-up was for ForceBook. How is that even possible? And she had the audacity to question my friend when my friend pointed out that the ticket was for TayNew.

In the second picture, the TS clearly said that she didn't even know which artist my friend was aiming for, even though my friend had clearly told her that she wanted ForceBook.

What I want from her now is for her to take responsibility for this mistake, because my friend couldn't get the ticket she actually wanted, and she has already spent all her money on this. Either refund her money or resell the ticket so that my friend can use the money to buy a new ticket.
