@theangrypharm That was during the 1 AND ONLY year I worked retail! I worked for Rite Aid as they were overtaken by Walgreen's. I was a floater in SW Louisiana (2017-2018). NEVER AGAIN!

@theangrypharm A granny told me that her grandson got into her bottle of Oxy. She was short by 10 days. I explained that I could NOT refill it even if I wanted. That's when she started screaming at me, "I NEED MY 180 OXY, NOW!" Security escorted her out, and I got a written patient complaint.

@theangrypharm So true! I'm a "specialty navigator". I tell my patients that it's worth co-pay because then I can get their "zero dollar" co-pay fir otherwise VERY expensive meds!
