@Hoseasons Please can someone get back to me regarding a holiday that you cancelled with no good reason . Ref19996802. We are due to go in 2 weeks ! I have been ringing 3-4 times daily since 13th of July ! I am on hold for 30+ minutes then a recording tells me no one is available !!!
