Huge shout out to @SouthwestAir gate agent Sharday in Austin, TX. My 15 yr old son traveled by himself. His flight was delayed by 2+ hours (ground delays) and my son didn’t have any $ 🤦🏻‍♀️. Sharday gave her credit card to him so he could go and buy something to eat🤯❤️
