@AnthonyKin1566@surajit_ghosh2 We lived in Chatsworth (next to Northridge) during that quake, in a rented house with a pool. The pool lost 18” of water from the sloshing.
@ThatEricAlper Those small round cheese waffled crackers that sandwiched the cheesy filling. I don’t remember what they were called. They were about the size of Oreos.
@miles_commodore I drink it black because it doesn’t spike insulin. It allows my body to stay in fat-burning mode until I actually eat something, usually many hours later.
@bekahj Cytopoint injections. They were life-changing for my itchy dog, and he only needed one once or twice a year. They suppress the itch response in the brain, rather than trying to address any of the hundreds of possible allergens in foods and environment.
@afshineemrani My 40-y-o daughter has stage 4 triple-neg breast cancer (most aggressive kind), dx 1 year ago. She did 20 rounds of chemo and is microdosing GLP-1. She became NED in 6 months, quit chemo. She credits her get-the-metabolic-system-perfect with her success. Her oncologist is in awe
@MichelleMaxwell Women are more welcome these days in the job market, and they find fulfillment in careers, just like men do. I found it much more difficult being a “stay-at-home mom”, than being at my (rewarding) job as a mid-level manager. My kid turned out okay, I’m happy to say.
Apple, get over yourself. My iPad update boasts a “downloadable Pride Luminance Wallpaper”, but I can’t do this update without deleting some apps because it needs more space than my iPad has available.
So skip it.
@Hebrews12v2 Make sure the doctor will actually listen to you and will collaborate on any treatments you may need in the future. Having been on Medicare for 15 years, I’m still amazed at how many providers yell when they talk to me (I’m not deaf) or talk to me like I’m stupid (I’m not).
@ronsterd89 I drink a lot of water and always add electrolytes to it. I still get leg and foot cramps if I’ve walked a lot. Hyland's Leg Cramps PM have saved me! I dissolve 2-3 tiny pills under my tongue, and the cramps go away within 5 minutes and stay away all night.
