Hey @amazon can you extend a return date? I missed a return window due to medical reasons.

@AmazonHelp They said they could not extend the refund window. The last day of the grace period was 1/31/2023. This was an item I added to a registry with a completion discount. I assumed that gifted items and those I added/purchased personally had the same return window. Why the difference?
