This is honestly, if I think if it would happen with my family or anyone else, it is truly horrible and irresponsible. I request @MORTHIndia to take action against @BluSmartIndia and would like to express I am ready to officially complain.

I would like to mention openly here that @BluSmartIndia is completely careless of its customers and it's customer care is rendered completely useless when you need it in an emergency. I would urge @OfficeOfNG and @MORTHIndia to take immediate action against this firm.

The customer care kept arguing between each other without giving us a conclusion and ultimately decided after much convincing what situation we were in and we weren't at fault , that they will provide us another car and they ordered the driver to leave us there.

One of my most memorable moments of my life would be being invited by the Honourable Speaker of Odisha on my first visit to Odisha Legislative Assembly. It is truly a great loss for the state. His words and advice shall always stay with me. Rest in Peace @SurjyaOfficial sir
