@ABC7 Most EU countries or US companies who do this offer 40 hour pay for 32 hour work. The article clearly states those who have tried it have seen increase in productivity. I don’t understand what’s wrong w working less and making more. Companies affected have 500+ employees.

@ABC7 Lol at the replies in this thread. They’d have to convert your hourly rate to compensate 40 hours worked into 32 hours. Working 32 hours and getting paid the same as 40 hours. So you’d be working less hours and making more money.
