I agree with the public interview for the mentioned categories. But I also support public interview for the proffesionals especially in municipalities since they are the one going to turn political promises of politicians into reality and fine details

I do not understand why regular professionals should undergo public interviews. What happens if you don’t get the job? Do you just return to your current role? What if recruiters and CEOs watch the interview and decide never to shortlist you? Let ministers, parliamentarians, governors, councillors, judges and all political appointees face public interviews. Allow professionals to find jobs privately, as has always been the case.
