In a world “tossed with tempest, and not comforted,” as Jehovah said it would be, how do we find peace? We find it by turning to Him who said He would have mercy on us and “with everlasting kindness” would grant peace to our children (see Isaiah 54:8, 10–11, 13).
In the kingdom of God, there can be no halfway measures, no starting and stopping, no turning back. The loyalty we pledge to the cause of Christ should be the supreme devotion of our lives.
Imagine how quickly the devastating conflicts would be resolved if all chose to follow Jesus Christ and heed His teachings. In that spirit, I invite you to listen this #GeneralConference for three things: pure truth, the pure doctrine of Christ, and pure revelation.
Please believe me when I say that when your spiritual foundation is built solidly upon Jesus Christ, you have no need to fear. As you are true to your covenants made in the temple, you will be strengthened by His power.

If most of the information you get comes from social or other media, your ability to hear the whisperings of the Spirit will be diminished. Make your spiritual foundation firm and able to stand the test of time by doing the things that allow the Holy Ghost to be with you always.
Our hallowed Creator provided that each of us may have a physical body, uniquely individual, yet in many respects comparable to every other human body.
Before you can master yourself, you need to know who you are. You consist of two parts - your physical body, and your spirit which lives within your body.
The mountains in our lives do not always move how or when we would like. But our faith will always propel us forward. Faith always increases our access to godly power.
Perhaps, at times, we see ourselves as a little less than we are. Unworthy. Untalented. Nothing special. Lacking the heart, mind, resources, charisma or stature to be of much use to God....Welcome to the club! You may be just the person God is looking for.” -Dieter F. Uchtdorf
As faith and holiness decrease in this fallen world, your need for holy places will increase. I urge you to continue to make your home a truly holy place “and be not moved” from that essential goal.
Have you ever wondered why the Lord wants us to make our homes the center of gospel learning and gospel living? It is not just to prepare us for, and help us through, a pandemic.
