@RookieIrish76 @mrmikeMTL We bought our house in 2012 the central air unit was already 7 yrs old Just updated it this year because a family friend is an HVAC tech that gifted us a brand new one for installation only. We keep it about*68 from June - early September 🤷🏻‍♀️

@angie_goodwood I was a bartender/server when my husband and I started dating. I made sure he knew that if he was rude or bad tipper we wouldn't be going on many dates. I didn't care if he took me to the cheapest place but he better tip 20%+ for good and 15% if not cuz we all have off days.
