🧪🧪 I’ve started helping out the team at @GALLERY with the editorial development and growth of the platform. Collaborating with such a dedicated team and community in the Web3 space is just so inspiring.
We just kicked off a new editorial series, [Gallery Selects], with a feature of Elle @riotgoools , a net(work) artist who’s been into web and crypto subcultures for a while now. 🍓
Check out her interview on @viamirror (and collect it!) to see what she’s all about.〜 ⬇️

Dead Internet theory. Have you heard of this?
Just came across it after reading this blog (in the 2nd post) from @riotgoools on real User Generated Content and the aspirations of a social web again (really good read).
This topic won't go away for me.
I'm fascinated by what we're all doing on the internet, which can mostly feel like death by a thousand ads/highly sanitized "content".
But at the same time, I've started to make friends and find a level I like playing on online for the first time in my life.
-- A version of the internet needs to die. Don't think the whole thing is dead, but 99% of it is us being advertised and SEO'd into oblivion.
The Great Online Game is alive and well, but it's a top 1% experience that takes a bit (or a lot) of wandering to find.
Think I want/need to do a deep dive on this and write an essay on it.
