Awhile ago I heard @sherilynch talk about ear crystals on the radio. At the time I thought huh that's kinda weird, wonder how often that happens. I don't have to wonder anymore. My ear crystals are out of whack & I've been dizzy AF. Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. #BPPV 😵‍💫
